Next row Use picot bindoff Cast on2 stitches using knitted casted on method (go into first stitch as if to knit , knit but don't slide it off, repeat going into new stitch, knit, don't slide off Bind off 4 stitches, CO 2 again BO 4 across the row. Weave in ends. Block pulling down every third picot for a scallop looking border.

To make this adult size just keep knitting additional repeats until it is the size you want using worsted weight yarn and size 8 or 9 needles
