As I mentioned in Tuesday's Post Natalie is having a Works in Progress Contest, and I have finally photographed my entry.

This is the humblest of beginnings of Wendy's Pi Shawl, I am actually on the 3rd chart, but haven't updated a photo since then because its in hiding while other things moved up in the queue.

This was started yesterday, its Kieran Foley's Seascape--scarf width, in Knit Picks Palette Lipstick
Ruffle my Feathers in Zauerball---while the knitting is done, the blocking isn't so I am including it here

Another shawl, yet un-named, started when it got to hard to read the Seascape Charts and stay sane, Just Caron Pound of Love for this one

My LovinComfort Shawl pattern in Blue Moon Fiber Arts, BFL yarn gift of Katherine, it too needs serious blocking a quick pattern done originally in Schaeffer Lace now in DK weight.

These toys need faces or they are not going to make it to their new home. I must do that today!!
So that's what I have going on now. I just mailed a huge box of shawls to Hope Lodge. I have figured out the few things I am knitting for christmas and they will be from stash (the Seascape is a Christmas gift) .
Tom is not working again, and we have to cough up the deductible for the repairs on the car, and his truck just needed new tires, what we need (and half of America needs) is a winning lottery ticket or a rich great uncle we never knew who left us everything. Hey no matter how broke broke is we still have our dreams (I learned that from my dearly missed Dad).
Happy Birthday greetings to DeeK!!!
KNIT ON!!!

Nice Float!! I added you to the list! Love seeing all the WIPS!
Thanks, Grace!
Looks like you and the yarn have been very busy!
Well, as usual, I have to be impressed with the sheer number of progects you are actually working on! I have many UFO's....but only a few see any knitting time.
You have, as usual, so much on the needles, it amazes me.
You know--to have "enough" has always been a dream of mine. And really, I find now, that I have ---in all things--- had enough when I needed it.
Hope Tom will once again be working everyday of the week by next week!! hugs!
LOVE your WIP's totally. Those cats are adorable and love all your new yarns they look so soft and squishy. I just posted mine and they can't come close to your beauties..
As always I wish I lived close enough to come have tea, visit and just wallow in your yarn heaven. Did you know I was born at Fort Dix..next to Trenton? Trivia for the day..LOL.
Have a great day...
What Ruth said - at least you're working on all of yours! Love all the shades of red.
Love how the zauerball striped!
I guess you figured out the cables! I knew you could do it! My word verification is blessess, so maybe it will help us both!
